Well let's talk about aging, Aging is a biological process happens in a living things that includes animals, flowers even a piece of fruit. That's according to Audrey Malone from medium.com entitled, "Why Do Some People Look Older than their Age and Others Look Younger than they Really Are?" It is also written to her blog that there are what we call chronological and biological age. Chronological age is the number of years from birth to the present, it is the actual age while Biological age describes your body’s physical development based on biomarkers which are recordable cellular and molecular processes in the body. It is also determined by the length of one’s telomeres, which are caps at the ends of DNA strands. Telomeres affect how the body’s cells age.
